About

Oklahoma Taxidermy Studio in Norman has served hunters across the state since 2003, building a reputation for award-winning mounts that preserve the look and character of each animal. Operated by Robby Boyd, a member of the Oklahoma Taxidermists Association, the studio focuses on lifelike trophy work that includes wall pedestals and game-head mounts for whitetails and other Oklahoma game. Clients turn to the shop to recapture the details of a hunt rather than simply freeze an animal in place, and finished pieces regularly leave the studio ready for display. The business remains closely tied to the local outdoor community, including Oklahoma bowhunters who bring bucks and other trophies in for custom mounting. Why we like Oklahoma Taxidermy Studio

Oklahoma Taxidermy Studio belongs at #2 among Norman taxidermy businesses because it has served Oklahoma hunters since 2003 with award-winning, custom trophy work rather than high-volume processing. Owner Robby Boyd, a member of the Oklahoma Taxidermists Association, focuses on lifelike game-head and wall-pedestal mounts that capture the details of a hunt, especially whitetails and other local game. The studio stays connected to the Norman and statewide outdoor community, including bowhunters who bring bucks in for mounting and later display. That combination of two-plus decades of shop experience, association membership, and a studio-style approach to trophy preservation is what sets the business apart in Cleveland County.
